Se usa 'will' para expresar voluntad de hacer algo y para hacer ofrecimientos de ayuda de manera espontánea.
Oraciones principales

Uso de ‘Will’ para Voluntad y Ofrecimientos
¿Cuándo usar ‘will’ para voluntad y ofrecimientos?
En inglés, ‘will’ se utiliza para expresar:
- Voluntad: cuando alguien está dispuesto a hacer algo
- Ofrecimientos espontáneos: cuando ofrecemos ayuda en el momento
Estructura
Afirmativo: Sujeto + will + verbo base
- I will help you (Te ayudaré)
Negativo: Sujeto + will not (won’t) + verbo base
- I won’t leave you alone (No te dejaré solo)
Interrogativo: Will + sujeto + verbo base?
- Will you come with me? (¿Vendrás conmigo?)
Diferencias con el español
- En español, la voluntad y los ofrecimientos se pueden expresar con el futuro simple o el presente
- En inglés, ‘will’ hace el ofrecimiento más directo y espontáneo
- Ejemplo: “Te ayudo” (presente) o “Te ayudaré” (futuro) = “I will help you”
Nivel A2
Este uso de ‘will’ es fundamental en el nivel A2 para:
- Hacer ofrecimientos de ayuda
- Expresar disposición a hacer algo
- Comunicarse de manera más natural en situaciones cotidianas
Consejo importante
‘Will’ para ofrecimientos suele usarse cuando decidimos ayudar en el momento de hablar, no cuando ya habíamos planeado hacerlo previamente.
