FORM/USE: WITH ADJECTIVE, SPECIFYING
Se usa para modificar pronombres indefinidos como 'something', 'anything', 'nothing' con un adjetivo para ser más específico sobre lo que se necesita o describe.

El próximo fin de semana es la fiesta de cumpleaños de mi mamá, así que necesitaba algo nuevo que ponerme.

Uso de Pronombres Indefinidos con Adjetivos
Estructura Básica
En inglés, cuando queremos modificar pronombres indefinidos como something, anything, nothing, somewhere, anywhere con un adjetivo, el adjetivo siempre va después del pronombre indefinido.
Fórmula: Pronombre indefinido + adjetivo
Ejemplos de Estructura
- something + new = something new (algo nuevo)
- anything + wrong = anything wrong (algo malo/incorrecto)
- somewhere + quiet = somewhere quiet (algún lugar tranquilo)
Diferencias con el Español
¡Atención! Esta estructura es muy diferente al español:
- Inglés: I need something new → pronombre + adjetivo
- Español: Necesito algo nuevo → pronombre + adjetivo
Aunque en este caso el orden es similar, en español el adjetivo puede ir antes o después dependiendo del contexto, pero en inglés con pronombres indefinidos siempre va después.

- Something + adjetivo (algo + adjetivo) - afirmativo
- Anything + adjetivo (algo/nada + adjetivo) - negativo e interrogativo
- Nothing + adjetivo (nada + adjetivo) - negativo
